15 years old, I PMOing since 10 or 11 not very sure but since I found out that I'm getting worse through academics and realized that I'm damaging my self. I watched a video that shows everything has a consequences so i challenge my self to not to fap till my favorite shows release their new season that's is August-October ( sounds ridiculous right ) but last day of October still no news. Now when I'm scrolling in my Facebook news feed there's a trending no jut November challenge so I researched a bit and found out about this nofap website so I decided to challenge my self again but 5 days later I failed again but that doesn't let me down. I don't have any goal or guts to do it so my highest streak is 3-8 days only. 2020 arrive , planned everything January to February i quit P then the next 2 months attempted to quit everything about PMO but failed. May 10to29 , my highest streak ever after few more attempt i decided to join nofap forum.
