  My best trick is when urges arrive completely clear your mind. It can be difficult but if you get the hang of not thinking at all when urges arrive the urges will not stay. Its easy to relapse when all you are thinking of in the moment is relapsing.

  I have also found slowing down helps. When the urge to look at p arrives, instead of rushing to my phone or laptop, I find that restraining myself helps. The strong urge passes away like a wave.
