Hey man, tbh i dont think i have much information to share with you guys, because i have reached a good amount of big streaks in my life, and thats why i am planning to write once i have reached 1 year of nofap.

But i can share some of the benefits i got 1. I have more patience 2. Less laziness, more enrgy 3. No more acne 4. require less sleep 5. i feel less likely to care about what others say 6. More confidence.

@Mahz -- what about the urges , were they still high after 120 days?

Yea urges are there, strong ones too but very less desire to fap, any weak person would have done it, but if you have strong will, you surely can overcome it.
