    I don't understand why I lose control and why I can't seem to stop. However, I have no completely locked any porn related sites with "qustodio" and "coldturkey".

    I have locked the passwords away with "lockbox.pluckeye" I could still watch P on my mobile phone, however if that happens I will lock that up too.

    Good that you're learning, Re:Born. The willpower approach doesn't work—it's like trying to hold back a train instead of letting it pass. As for your p blockers, I suggest you check out this video by Universal Man: https://youtu.be/YEnEJfoGwnA It's concise and outlines the deal very well.

    Btw for better strategies on nofap, I suggest you check out Universal Man's Sexual Self Mastery series. It's lengthy but imo worth it. The strategy is quite elegant.
