Hey Star! Yep I was into femdom. I've no fantasies these days. What helped me is the confessing to somebody I trust. There is a lot of shame, when confessing we get rid of that and the pushing thoughts will fade away.
As a Christian, me is given some powerful tools to handle pushing thoughts as well. The bible learns me that i need to make captive every thought and bring them under the authority of Christ. Every (!) time I have a seductive thought in my head, I practice this, and the pushing thought just fades away.
The reason is that Christ has conquered the enemy on the cross, that is the devil. Porn is coming from the devil, so Christ has conquered over porn as well. With Him I managed to have a clean head.
Hmm so do you think the shame/guilt is part of why the thoughts won't stop, secrecy? I've heard someone say something similar before. Personally, I'm agnostic but I'm starting to study the Bible (just started this week), so I don't really feel any conviction from a spiritual standpoint atm. I'll definitely do my best to give them lss power.
I also like how you make the distinction between fantasies and thoughts, the former has a positive connotation - I should follow suit and just think of them as hindrances instead of giving them power by calling them fantasies
It's a wise thing to examine what the bible can reach out for you.
About the fantasies: check out my journal. I wrote an article about our imagination. Fantasies have everything to do with imagination. The tools I've learned from the bible have helped me a lot to clean up my imagination.
But of course: thoughts and fantasies has a strong connection as everything is connected in our brain.
