I stop meditation, running, starting watching porn(watched one time only), starting reading porn story, watching Netflix, spent lot of time on social media. I lost all of my self control. I realise without any accountability I go with flow. So from today's on I start from the beginning for all my counter.

It's time to replace the tires, and return to a new circle. The road is not waiting.

The only way to grow is to put our fear and pride aside and do what needs to be done by accepting our weaknesses. This means not to surrender. This is merely the start but now your emotions are not in your way and it's you who makes the decision not your fear and pride.
