    Simple, don't relapse so you don't have to reset. It sounds dumb, but you should actually appreciate having anxiety attacks when relapsing, because this will be an effective deterrent against relapses.

    If you know that intense anxiety attacks are an immediate result of relapses you will think twice about relapsing.

    #1. Get moving. Exercise of any intensity. Walking is fine. Anxious energy is often too intense to just be prone for.

    2. Don't fight the anxiety, just let it be.

    #3. Practice meditativeness/mindfulness. Focusing on (positive) topics, ideas, memories, or things to look forward to.
    Or focus on your surroundings.
    If you're exercising intensely, the exercise often zones in your attention anyway.
