Hmm i do not sweat b4 workout, y would i? im in ac, but sweat a little when i do stretching and little pull ups and skipping, but not much cuz i dont do hardcore gym, i hope im clear? :) and i think ur nervous or something and thats cuz u sweat b4 workout.
