      Hi, please add me to your accountability group. I am 27 and I have come to terms that with the fact that I have been crippled by porn since 15 years or more. Help me. I have been trying to quit porn since 1 year now but have been unsuccessful. I exercise regularly and I am an athlete as well. Will definitely do meditation.

      I've Been using Porn Almost daily for the past 7 Years.
      The Steps I Plan to take to overcome porn addiction:
      1- Wake up Early (Which I've started doing recently).
      2- Spend More time with my family.
      3- Reading Books (Which I Love so much).

      Thank You for your effort to help people overcome this addiction with this amazing initiative.

        Hey man, thanks for replying to the post. I have a few questions before we get started. Would you consider your porn use to be an addiction? If so, how often did use porn? Do you engage in other activities like meditation and exercise along with maintaining a healthy diet?

    23 male. I've been using porn since age 11 almost daily. I quit alcohol and drugs over a year ago, and now I'm getting serious about my porn addiction.
