  @thinking-differently , thanks brother for the help . i just went out for a walking and i was thinking about how this one little fap changed my mood . it had a lot of bad impact on me , so i decided the same , ill keep going from right now , im sure this one fap wont have a big flatline life before . thanks for the great advise . it really feels good to see comments like this , it inspired me .
