@OoMahidoO Because I've found NoFap to be quite draining; Fighting your urges is pretty damn exhausting after all. So I wasn't able to be fully productive in my academics. That's the reason I left, but I'll do it again sometime, maybe I'll follow the NoNut November. Plus, I'm learning to be happy right now.

Because you are not adapted to that kind of lifestyle yet, i'm fighting this for over a year, i went on many big streaks( im not bragging) but from time to time, it got easier for me, and it does for everyone, you can ask other members here with knowledge over it. Its your choice :)Be happy anyway!
