Don't worry. I relapsed for months Till I managed to get to Day 72.

After that, I relapsed like 5-6 times for weeks. I'm back on the journey.

You knew spending time on this site makes you relapse. Leave it for sometimes, for sometimes the best thing one should do to progress is to avoid some things and some people.

Yeah! I was awake because that day I had slept in afternoon for 5 hours and at night I was initially watching movie explanations than I came across a really bad thumbnail.

Yes of course, but it is not the solution. thoughts lead to feelings, feelings to action, so control your thoughts, try to not even think about it.

It's natural if you will think that you don't need to think about something then you will for sure begin to think about it, so instead of telling yourself not to think about it, find another topic to think about. Mind won't remain calm, so don't allow it to do anything, give him some new topic to think.

That's exactly what happened, thoughts led to actions. And this is a chain effect, one leads to another one. Constant awareness is the key. Let's find where is our failure and get up!

This is in itself great realization friend. Don't worry, keep very small target say 12 hrs and just take at least one step more than previous... It helps alot
