I have really simplified my life. I meditate twice a day for 20 min. I started to do work with a NGO. Apart from that I spend time daily to learn something new.(college classes as usual). I was always a fan of reading books, which I resumed doing regularly.
How I came here: In beginning I was very demotivated. I didn't do any physical exercise or anything for that matter to improve my life. I was focused on removing my addiction. I failed twice miserably(miserably because effects were very bad). Then I started to realize I can't remove an habit, I have replace it. So I started meditating and also work with an ngo.
On my way here I had bad urges, but from the 2 relapses I knew what triggered me and made a plan to avoid that scenario and I also had a proper plan in place what to do if I still get that urge. I forgave myself for the mistakes I did on my way.
Tldr:
1.Make a plan to face urges
2.Replace PMO with new good habits(You can't remove PMO just like that)
3. Forgive yourself for your past, give time you'll get better.
4. Keep yourself occupied
5. Don't sit and analyze yourself too much.(use time to do work instead)
