  1) Try to understand why, where and how did you relapse. 2) Plan for the next day by putting up p@#n blockers and making yourself aware that PMO is bad. (In short for (2)= Avoiding the chaser effect.)

Just restart your counter and know that it won't happen again. I'm on I think day 2. I'm looking in to Stoicism right now and I really like what I'm reading so far. Analyze what happened and try to come up with a strategy you haven't tried before. Let me know if you need help with this.
