The challenge is to work on your troubles while you are at max efficiency (no PMO) and sit down and think of the root of your problems. I'm trying this myself

For physical just start atleast walk 30 min, if not that then at least start walking in morning and/or in evening...

For mental health ( physical fitness itself help and vise versa mental)

For mental start to give ur brain positive thoughts

Or you can just surrender. And stumble for the rest of your life. It's up to you ;)

You fall 7 times, but you must rise the 8th one. Even if so, then you show, that you still are in control because you don't give away your free choice to your desire.

There is no point in going on since you already decided a future of stumbling for yourself. Your mentality rules any action you take.

Whether it should be counted as a relapse would depend on your goals. Was it your goal to not MO at all or just not MO to P?

Your mind controls your body and not your body to your mind, so listen to your mind.

Keep it this way. I found as I ignore the body's urge and not edge/fantasize or think about it the urge will fade and you will all be fine. But if you edge a little then you have to be ready for extra days to battle this urge

Lately I've been having this thing where I'll have urges and start to watch it... then leave disgusted by just how awful it is. I don't know if this is good or bad, that I keep having these slight glimpses and yet my mind is in a good place once it happens.
