This is a good step, but honestly it is not enough, you may notice that the in the east many countries has banned pornographic sites long time ago but the situation about PMO has not been solved. I think it is both about educating people about the harms of PMO and the lawful part to ban the PMO materials and to consider promoting it as promoting drugs which is criminal.

Unfortunately it is not just about Porn sites only, these days all industries of Entertainment and Commercial use the PMO technique deeply to pull audience, this is becoming a social public matter that should be discussed by policymakers if they really cared.

Let's remember that porn is not our problem. The problem is our heart and confused mind.
Porn only reveals that we have a problem....

Saying that porn is not a part of problem opposes what we understand about porn that it promotes novelty and unnatural, abusive, unethical sexual materials, this also opposes the fact that it prevents a person to seek a true healthy relationship. It's like saying Cocaine or cigarettes industries are not the problem.

We can't deny that pornography is a poison in the society that increases the rate of rape and divorces. Yes an individual is free to choose, but such material should not be free to exist.

I repeat: porn is only revealing that you have a problem. Nobody is forcing you to use drugs.

Maybe not for everyone @Roady. Maybe for some Porn is the symptom and not the problem. But for the rest Porn is the problem. For me Porn was the problem and nothing else. And maybe video games as well. I didn't use Porn to escape my other problems, i used porn for the "hit", the dopamine hit.

I wasnt like okay i gotta escape this bad feeling by watching porn, no. I loved porn ever since i was exposed (i think this is what most people relate to). I started exploring Porn more and more. This is a trap, a well planned trap by the Porn industry. Their aim is to make us addicted. They're playing with our brains.

I dont understand how you can say that porn is not the problem. It maybe combined with other problems. But it is indeed a major problem. Why is YBOP there? I think you haven't read it yet. Do read it and understand the brain studies done on porn addiction. Sorry for being a little straightforward. I just found it weird someone saying porn is not the problem. Then why would we be here on NF....

You are right. Ybop is explaining what's happening in YOUR brain. It seems that the choices YOU make causes a problem in YOUR body. Porn is always a seduction. For everybody. But YOU have a choice to give in or not. So you can't blame porn for YOU having a problem.
The reason we are here is to learn to say no to a seduction and to connect to each other.

Yeah! That's a great news but that's not enough bro. Because in India porn was banned in 2018 but still people are watching porn by using VPN. And even after banned of pornography in India, India is 3rd largest porn watching country. (In order to disappear porn from internet, government should ban VPN also). +_+

Lols, what do u think? The people will not use vpn to unblock. If we really want to get rid of porn. We have to block our mind not websites. In our country every porn website is banned. But Operamini easily opens the porn website. I have Operamini and i didn't delete it to get rid of porn. I blocked my shity thoughts to get rid of porn.

Roady is right. Porn is not the proble. Our uncontrolled mind and fetish desire is the problem.

Thank you for the reminder @Warrior1995. I tend to forget what we believe in our religion. This is a trial. There's bad and good. If there was good only, there's no purpose of life.
