Maybe more than belief enhancing one's own capabilities and perception is needed. That way one can easily walk out of anything. Not just addiction!

Thanks guys! I feel very desperate and frustrated for what I am now working on, it's so hard and also I got so many other things to do. That makes me very stressed. I will make my mind stronger!
