      Hello Osl0, saw some posts of yours on the my reboot history thread which you have posted like 6 months ago, and I saw that your streak is wholesome! Congrats man, even thought I never get close to achieve this I feel happy to hear that someone has made it, how did you manage to get this streak?

        Don't say that, bro, I know you can achieve my score and even higher, you just have to remember that this addiction is not going to go away if you don't make new habits, such as exercise, reading, playing music, etc.
        I managed them with habits, goals, mental power, and to recognize how bad I was and know myself better. If you want more info, you can text me any time, bro.

      I have long hair, and I read that through Nofap is possible hair loss, and I'm experiencing that. It scares me but I'm strong. Greetings!

        I’ve heard of the opposite where nofap helps with hair growth. I’ve personally shaved off my hair bald for mostly health reasons and because I was balding. Tbh I actually ironically like the bald hairstyle better. You might too if you do decide to shave it off
