I absolutely hate the chaser effect after a slip up. What do you guys do to ease the tensions that have helped you?

2. The Pleasure Delusion
  It is different for different people. The chaser does not exist for some of us until a few days pass. Perhaps it is a stamina issue.
  Not getting triggered in the first place helps. The thoughts can be battled after one relapse. The trigger is hard to fight.

  @The Pleasure Delusion Yea I haven’t put myself in such position to be triggered but the thoughts of my recent actions are still fresh and I have mixed emotions about them like: “i hate the shame, but i enjoyed the
  pleasure” type of deal if that makes sense.
