Actually slept a little better last night. Urges are very intense though. Just trying to stay focused on the goal.

Urges are coming on strong while I’m waiting on laundry. I’ve found pinching hard on my arm to be very effective

Lack of sleep is killer. Need to find a way to get some rest

The cold shower method is extremely effective
