Never give up mate! Relapse isn’t that bad, it gives you a chance to redirect yourself :)

I took the NoFap challenge for 5 times. First time I relapsed on Day 9, then I readjusted and went for the second attempt which I could go a little bit further lasted for 14 days.

Then, I readjusted myself again and went for the third attempt whereby I was able to go all the way to 47 days! But I never give up and went for the fourth attempt but lasted for only 32 days. I hated myself and took all the blame because I had very high expectation in my 4th attempt as I was challenging my previous 47-day streak but I failed miserably.

After my relapse for my 4th attempt, I almost gave up myself that I watched porn everyday and fap whenever I could. Averagely I could fap 2 times per day during that period. This bad run continued for 2 months plus and one day I tell myself, I cannot live like this anymore! I need to restart my NoFap journey.

Then I decided to go for the 5th attempt of NoFap last month. It was extremely difficult but I really pushed myself to the limit that I am now at Day 33 and the streak is still counting. With the experience I had for the previous 4 attempts, I was able to resist my urges whenever they came. I gave myself no reason at all to fap during this period because I want to take full control of my life. :)

Of course, my target this round is to surpass the 47 days streak which I created during the 3rd attempt and of course I don’t stop just right here, I will go all the way to at least 60 days!

Most importantly, set your goals clear and never give up. It doesn’t matter if you relapse at Day 10, most important you can get up from where you fell and start all over again with no fear, just like me :)

@Demonboy Thank you very much for sharing your story mate. I definitely understand your point. I think I also fell back into the mindset where I just stopped caring, but I know for sure that, that's not the answer, that's not it.

@A_Simple_Guy keep your faith, you can definitely do better. You used to reach 80 days that was hell of a great ratio. Now, just set a small goal for yourself, go for 10 days first, when you hit 10 days, set for another 10 days. Start from small/Divide your big goal into smaller pieces so that they don’t look impossible for you to achieve. :)

@A_Simple_Guy If you feel it’s still hard, you can set for 5 days first, then add another 5 days after you reach the 5th day and the process continues. Keep playing with this until you feel comfortable. It will make everything much easier :)
