    Yeah I am doing good, yesterday I was feeling really depressive, but today I am better. The meds are keeping me in check, I did have few urges yesterday after a long time, but my depression kinda saved me as I was too lazy to even act out the urges lol. Music is keeping me motivated and feel alive. When I see my friends who are successful, a pang of jealousy mixed with feeling of worthless hits me hard.

    Hey buddy, thanks a lot for keeping an eye out on me. I haven't got into any deep rabbit hole but at present I am not getting any motivation to continue the Nofap (I am relapsing after a week of streak and binging for few hours). I've watched few nofap videos and got some motivation, hope it lasts long. I want 2021 to be an year I finally quit. I am tired of this mess, I can't live like an irresponsible kid anymore.

Hi guys!!! I am ankith 27 from India, I am suffering from paraphilia (sexual masochism disorder). I have been watching P since I was 13. Well I am trying to come out of this addiction and my future goal is educate people about the drawbacks of PMO. You can check out my journal to know about how I was suffering due to paraphilia.
