I'm glad to read about you. Today i practiced the habit, but i think i can get ready to avoid it again.

Here i go again. I want to be free of this.

Dopamine detox, diet with sport, cutting off all unnecessary activities, focusing on the main goal and never forget we always can improve!

My milestone mark, purity to the 1st of May. 60 days of cleanliness. I can do it, I will do it, I will be better than myself!

The key is to always choose the proper activity. If we will do it regularly it will become a habit and urgent thoughts will decrease and will become weaker.

I want to get better. I want to finally get rid of those bad habits I created by myself. I will take the control, bo matter what.

Find a way. You will.

It was one week, but while ago I failed. It began in the morning, then I let my body to take over and soon I have relapsed... I wasted my time...

But one week went very good. I began noticing improvements, stable mood, more vitality, and greater ability to focus for longer.

I will do it this time, I can't forget about my goals!

Yes, that addiction is terrible! Interestingly it can come back from nowhere, after half of a year on hard mode I would never think I will be relapsing again, and there it is, or there it WAS! We don't relapse!

It's a kind of metaphor, by these words I wanted to illustrate surpassing our casual habitual behaviours by logical reasoning.
