I am 22. I have been a porn addict for 10 years and I want to recover my addiction and I figure I need some accountability and help from people who have recovered from this addiction. It is affecting my studies, work, and social life. I have counted myself as an introvert but it's my social isolation for porn that harmed my health and social life. It would be really good if someone helps me with this because it's not just will power that I need right now. Thank You
