It depends for what thing you used it. For example: If your mother or family member is messaging you, then obviously not or for school's or any documents work, you get it. :)

But, for things like girls messaging and you fall for them or those kind of stuff then you must learn from mistake and shall not repeat.

If you are on a digital detox, you shall reset, but if you just don't try to use social media, everything is fine, think of it as like sms.

Whatsapp? I try to get rid of that, but the school doesn't allow me. :-!

I guess tech use varies across countries. What'sApp is the best group and business related communication platform for us in thd Caribbean. Easy to use, no ads, straight to the point. Never used it for anything else
