Did you follow some sort of diet like you intended to ?

@she-dernatinus Yes like I promised to myself to do it. I quit all fats and protein. On top of that I do OMAD fasting like Buddhist Monks are doing on a daily basis. But I do rarely some exceptions.

Do you think it played a role in taming your urges ?

@she-dernatinus Yes I do think so. Of course I had urges, but it was not that intense as it was before. But lets see how far I can come and how hard the battle will be. I can only talk about results, if I reach the 90 days, I guess.
