Hi there. I don't know how one can watch porn without doing anything. My experience is I can O without even physically doing anything if I watch porn. My advice. Get as far away from it as possible. It acts on the brain like a drug, like cocaine. You can't watch porn without it doing it's action in the brain which always leads to an O in my case. I believe it's like that for all people. Unless I am wrong.
I read a definition of "pornography" once. It said it was the viewing of images or videos to lead the one viewing them to M or O. That is exactly how I have experienced it. P goes with M and O. They cannot be separated. Looking at porn makes it impossible to keep from M and O. Staying away from it helps tremendously. I have decided to do that!
