Instead read a self-help book summary when felt like taking a break. Fact is the more you serve yourself up with easy dopamine servings, later the more you would be feeling emptiness & unfulfilled. Note: DETOX is darn important.
Just to bring out the laziness, went for a walk, hit some push ups.
But as couldn't sleep in time last night due to some stress & anxiety. Got up, had something to eat, watched some tutorials for learning, then watched web series episode (in limit) & then caught some sleep.
As a result feeling sleep now.
