  My friend, I've read a few of your recent journal entries. I hope that the pain you're experiencing subsides soon. I'm not sure what it may be, but please do commit to those exercises. Certain pains we feel is because we are either out of shape or stiff. Mobility work is very useful in this regard.

    My job(s) is a large factor. The design of the warehouse is not ergonomical. I also have some muscle weaknesses, but I suspect that this has to do with certain warehouse repetitions. Monk life also took its toll on the body. I have been on & off in weird pains for four years now. I think I can recover from this, though.

    As attested in my journal, I keep myself quite busy. Outside of volunteer work & on-the-side studies, I read, write, & pray. I usually find that I do not have down-time, even if I am often enough very much alone.

  I just read your latest journal post. We're in a similar point in our streaks brother, urges have returned for me as well. I suspect its because this is the period where my PMO consumption was highest. Perhaps it's the same for you? As for the almost accidental O with your workout, perhaps you were putting a lot of pressure in that area whilst the intrusive PMO thoughts arose.

    @Azzure : I am not good with words in short periods of time; however, in brief, I love God more than I love sin & the world. Sometimes this comes at a personal cost. But at the end of the day, I sometimes have those words resonating like a fiery brand on the heart.

I am a Catholic man trying to make his way in the world.

I was once a monk--but let us not dwell on this.

As for NoFap, I have known about it for a long time but only recently joined.

I join because I need accountability. My longest streak was short of two years. Even so, the issue still comes up time and again, and I am simply frustrated.

Now is the time to end the vice once and for all!
