It's perhaps your brain resetting in dopamine levels. It is temporary.
With this, I had to PULL myself up and literally say out loud to myself, "I'm going to make today great," and do fun or healthy things I knew I loved deep down...
Then overtime, my feelings caught up with my purpose!
Some of those "awful" days at first turned out to be the best. Perhaps practice this. :)
