@JedWiley Yeah needing to work on my mindset from a self hating Internet junkie to someone with passion and purpose.

i'd recommend you to make a daily schedule every evening for the next day. it helps to keep you on track and see how many things you need to get done so you don't waste all your time on yt. make some changes in your life, see what works and what doesn't.

@rsdot Yeah less likely to look into it with the app. I still look at it on my Web browser on my phone, but at least it isn't as easy. Thiugh still have the habit of trying to look for it. But will hopefully go within time. Best of luck with your endeavour with the game apps.

Youtube addiction is a litteral pain in the ass. I uninstalled it a few months ago and honestly…..it feels great. It sucks our attention. Stay away for a few months before you think you could use it in moderation.

Start small and easy, make that regular, then build up.

So what exercises would you suggest I do? Though also looking into ankle mobility, as hearing that contributes to back pain in Squats.

Also do hamstring, glute work (2-3 times per week) after your squats are done. Even if you do light weight for 10-20 rep range for them (because you are tired from squats), don't neglect these areas.

Thanks for the videos will incorporate that into my routine. Should the hamstring a d glutes stuff needs to be straight after the Squat or can I do then after my main routine. That I need to find a way to exercise any where as looking into only body weight and loop bands, as also looking at other ways to exerciselike clubbell & Mace's.That I have an Internet addiction and probably more worse than my pmo addiction as I'm on it more often. & baked a Victoria sponge cake & came out good, though presentation needing more work.

Not going so great, stressed out about personal stuff, causing me to bing on pmo. I had a system that was working to stop me doing it but was loosing will power and not doing it after 10 days. The only thing I'm doing that is beneficial is my exercising, but needing to find a yoga or a mobility stretch after it to loosen my body.
