So we finally got word on the transmission.

We basically had three options: replace the whole thing, replace the parts, or get a new car.

We went with replacing the whole thing.
The good news is that we do have a way to get to Oklahoma. There was some discussion with some family that we had in the area, but we decided on a rental.

The bad news

We only have 10 days with this rental. Because we are replacing the whole thing, we really don't know how long. We are hoping that it would take a week or so. The worst case scenario, it might take weeks or even months to the parts.

At that point we might just buy a new car, I don't really know. So yeah we might be in a vary bad situation.

I am praying that we aren't going to be stuck with no internet and no car for weeks or months.

With the rental car, I am going to try hard to convince my folks to go to the library. So that I can update you guys on what is happening.

My only request that you guys pray for me.
