Whatever the result and whatever stories are told - I hope people realize that the vast majority of humans in all parts of the world is rooting for peace.
On either side, those who tell stories in which 'America', 'Europe', 'Russia', 'Ukraine' are plotted as actors as if countries or cultures were individuals, are those who fan resentments.

People of any country are diverse and any general claim against a group of people is necessarily wrong (Russians, Americans, Ukraineans, Jews, Jesuits, Chinese, Moslems, Taliban, etc).

Nazi Germany has sadly demonstrated how hate against a group of people can make humans blind - Now we see that in a similar manner hate is again used with similar intention. Paradoxically, justified with alleged Nazis (now in Ukraine) as the enemy stereotype.

I guess we all do, all of us want Peace.

You have a very good point in bringing up addiction to other daily substances like sugar (or fats, or internet, ...).
There is a common mechanism at work and while porn consumption suggests links to sexuality, relationship, women, the actual problem sits deeper.

It reminds me of what is really important.
In my mind, it reminds me of "Cat's in the Cradle" - it is such a scary and sad song about what you can loose when you waste your time with non-important stuff.

not overly good at the moment. Kept falling in the last week. It is strange how I often think I can make it and few days later falling back to old habits. Somehow feeling too confident lures me into not being careful about my actions

Hello @stegiss! Trying to figure out what I was getting out of PMO -- what feelings it created or covered up -- & to address them in a healthier way. has helped me. Also, to ask myself what I’m going to put in place of PMO (something constructive of course) so I can immediately build up an alternative way of being. BEST of success, guy! (BTW, as a single dad your avatar really resonates with me.)
