    Yes it is. As soon as I'm alone at home (which happens 3-4 times per week for a couple of hours) urges are at 100%. Would be smart to just go outside. But usually I need to to chores and stuff and gf wouldn't understand :(

    Ah yes I understand :/ Well you are right to keep getting accountable like that then. Maybe turn this time alone into self care? If you have chores, blast your favourite music, get a drink you love, anything to make it enjoyable :)
