        to hate yourself and feel upset about the thing wont help you at all.... it can make things only worse. Calm down a bit. Admitting that u r just a human being that makes mistakes can help much better... its normal that u feel bad but u dont have to take those feelings too close let it just flow away and start another day. Be relaxed you just were not strong enough this time. It doesnt mean end of the world man
