God doesn't count trophies, He counts scars.

Almost at Day 180. The journey has been nothing short of pure hell on earth. Paws is hell. Whatever it takes. Feel like I'm just starting.

This path is do or die. All my brain is feeding me right now are dreams and cravings of pmo. It's desperate. The narrow path is not easy.

In the deep dark tunnel of paws. I will make it through.

Living in the brave new world. Feel like I'm a vagabond in this new world.

The narrow path calls for a daily renewal of vigilance. Vigilance in the small things add to big victories down the road.

Lack of clarity is bringing a lot of doubt to the journey. Feel like I should be enjoying the process more. Hopefully paws lightens up soon.

Paws is bad. There are many symptoms that I'm dealing with. Anhedonia, low IQ syndrome, and confusion are the worst. Through the fire.

Day 15, blah day. Faith is being tested, I will make it.

Day 14, two weeks down. Not as excited as I should be, as I feel like I've been at this spot many times before, but still a lot to celebrate

Day 13, fun day. Ready to draw up a battle plan/getting ready tomorrow.

Day 12, using this weekend to do more game planning.

Day 11, entering flatline, which means more reason to fight. Let's get it.

Day 10, no more just watching the days go by. Staying present and aware to make changes.

Day 9, good day, busy day. Realizing more and more that every second is a potential for a battle. We were meant to be warriors.

Day 8, good day. Battled some anxiety and despair but didn't give in. Trying to transform into the warrior that God has sent me to be.

Bagging Day 7, getting ready to make war in weeks to come, stay tuned.

Day 6, thank you for this community. We're all in this together.

Day 5, aligning myself back with semen retention. I've been drained of my masculine energy this week. Going to use this weekend to recover.

Day 4 was a struggle, still dealing with despair and depression from my relapse. Trying to find new hope and make this my forever streak.
