I do not know the technical scientific definition of PAWS. I suspect that these were likely had much earlier in my trials. I still bear effects (memories, sensations) & scars, but every deed is met with its due justice, for good or ill. And that besides: these can be overcome & used for a greater glory.

For now: I would say that you sound like you are in a good place. You reference college--so your streak is impressive. Many fail to gain self-control in that kind of wild space.

Keep yourself accountable. Stay focused on your work. Stay orderly & disciplined. Keep good & upright company. Have an IRL accountability partner.

I do not know your particulars, your rules, your background, your strengths/weaknesses, your general temperament or personality, &c., so it can be hard to give you solid advice. You are a stranger, so I can really only give basic advice.

How are you faring, my friend? I just saw this. I hope things are better for you now.

Things are back & forth. I am better than this moment...I would have to revisit the journal to see this. I recall it being a terrible ordeal. Other stressors have been miserable, though.

Take time away from those stressors, whether in pray or meditation. Let your mind slow down, address the thoughts that keep arising in a journal. Do not let them pile up. You can do this my friend! You have my support and the support of many others on the forums.

To those who have ears to hear: Prayer & mortification have strengthened the cardinal & theological virtues. Meditation on The Crucified has been an inexhaustible fount of wisdom & comfort. Adoration & the rosary have kept me grounded. The sacraments have given me grace--a very sharing in the life of God. I am not alone. This is why I have any success.

And in general: I have written a lengthy journal & several success stories. These have a surplus of information in them & document a lot of my practices. It will be more genuine in some context.

There also appeared two possible references: I think ketchup was served at Pikachu's dining spot, & of course, the mew/Mewtwo thing was a reference to the original movie. The super-appeal to the original 150(151 [nobody counts Ho-Oh, but technically, that creature was in Season 1 of the show...so despite it being Gen 2, one could argue for 152 originals]) was a nice touch.

Thanks for letting me know! I wouldn't have found it otherwise. That was super cool, but I spent most of the time just looking at the Pokemon and not listening to the actual song, lol. The Hypno at the end was a nice touch.

I would really try to solidify your goals & make them even stronger. And as for the IRL AP: really do find one of your best friends. It can be hard to do this, but a true best friend would not spurn your need or betray your trust. Generally, this kind of openness also enriches close friendships--it compels a bad thing (addiction) to forge a good thing (stronger friendship).

Had a little short of 3 weeks of difficulty (incrementally so). Work has also been difficult. And much else besides (I see you looked at my journal). I cannot write much now, but I am well enough.

Take your time to rest and give your mind time to heal from this instance. I am well, doing my best to continue making the days count. I did have some encounters with anxiety but that is okay.

A challenge is always rewarding, I'm glad you have returned to normal and grew from this obstacle. Our potential for growth is incredible.

I had to deal with some unwanted Vertigo, through the weeks, it has gradually faded off thankfully. It made working on a compute rather difficult. Aside from that, I feel as though I'm paving a new path forward. Which feels nice.

Another 90 days!--I tend to mark the 90 days with a new change.

I was tempted to keep the waterfall one, though, because it seemed to keep the "training" theme of NoFap...

Granted, I am also for nostalgia...& this older art is immediately nostalgic.

This one is also fairly practical. It is more accommodating to being a profile picture.

It definitely is a good one, I also quite enjoyed your previous one too. As you mentioned it gave that "training" theme.
