Relapsed after 19 days. Day 3.

2 reasons to do nofap lifestyle. 1. Improve sleep 2. Not overeat because you are trying to make up for lost nutrients.

Hope nofap helps me to not view women as sex objects. Lust isn't fun anymore.

High blood pressure and nofap what is the connection? There are alot of benefits to nofap but can high bp be a con? What do you think?

To correct my previous status, small goals are fine. Just dream big.

Recently been having self doubt. Don't set small goals. Believe in yourself. You are not alone. 3 days.

Relapsed and binged. Got reminded of why I started nofap in the first place. Time to turn up. Still going for my highest streak.
