    I survived without a full relapse but have done a reset to my counter because now my focus is to control myself against the least arousal. It was a bad day due to feeling drained

    This morning i am feeling better but it seems the edging caused some symptoms. Now I am starting again and my gaurd is up.

    I am aware that as I stay clean I will eventually pass this pain. I will recover my health and my desires will be readjusted. Until I reach the stable stage of being under control.
