So I read through some phrases and paragraphs hit to the point of what triggers me. I quickly felt relieved and relaxed. It is very important to increase your awareness to avoid relapsing. The more you are aware, the more you can succeed. There is a big portion related to your subconscious brain. If you control that then PMO recovery is just a matter of time.

Today was a beautiful one but It was very hard for me. Unfortunately the edging would keep me feeling consumed throughout the day and maybe the coming days. But still better than a full relapse.

And this is why one of the reasons is when we feel sad/guilty after a relapse we could indulge further because it is trying to fix this drop of dopamine. So you binge again and again so it becomes like a loop

On the other hand, superstimulants trigger stress, which increases anxiety and cortisol. Based on the above fact, it means that also keep triggering more and more dopamine stimulants, so it becomes an endless binge.

In conclusion, when you feel low about anything including a relapse, remind yourself that it is a slip and it is okay. It happens, and move on.

Accountability, and seek professional support.

I was triggered but reminded myself about the reality of edging and refused to do so. Now I am under control and happy. You can save your day. Don't give in, be faithful , be patient . Have a good day.

In the darkest times, hope is something you give yourself. Take care of you. You deserve it brother. Whatever you are going through , I hope you come out with strength. Remember this, victim mindset never serves us. Take care!

I'm afraid from the sudden health collapses caused by slipping. So I should do my best not to return to the bad habit.

Then my father said something to me that I knew was true but that I myself was not being true to, he said, 'no, you won't smell like smokes all your life. You choose to smoke or not.'

Today, I am a non-smoker and have been for years! My father was right, my hands would not smell like smoke for the rest of my life. What you have said about 'fetishes' and PMO addiction is also true! We just need to believe it with all our heart, might, mind and soul, and then make the right choices and then our fetish/addiction will 'go away.'

same happens with me every night, last night i browsing facebook and had lots of watch notifications which i clicked and the first video i got was itself so arousing i later got controlled and it went away then i started thinking about those sexual things and ended with PMO

Don't depend on your willpower alone, you can reduce this by following the brainwash method(correcting your unconsciousness by reading constantly about the harms of porn) and keeping away from triggers
