A relapse is just a reminder that you're getting lazy and not following your routines. Time to practice what I preach.

Don't let your past define your future.

Don't expect everything to go to plan with your reboot. sky-high expectations only keep you in the cycle of thinking you can't do it.

Smile more and find happiness in the simple things

Become a person that doesn't need PMO because you are fulfilled in other ways.
