I am trying to gain some muscle weight, been trying for the past 10y already. Gained some but not much, I am sometimes happy with my physique though. My body is able to do the sports I like very well, so can’t complain really. Still skinny, but it’s for a reason, so I can go for endurance rides anytime I like. More muscle mass gets you exhausted early, but makes you stronger. It’s all based on your priorities :)
@absoluteminded I heard that it can be tough with such a metabolic system, but if you prefer endurance sports anyway... :) For me I currently don't look like someone who is doing long distance running but l can still do it. For better looks, concentration and generally better body function I really need to lose about 10kg though. I am quite happy with the state my muscles are in :)
