One thing I just realized PMO has done to me: weak bladder control

Going to meet up with a girl for the first time in years, and I don't feel very anxious. Gotta take the notion of sex off the table

Currently, I seem to be down to twice a week, which I'm proud of. My goal is to slowly starve it off

Even though I'm still MO'ing, I do notice that it's a lot more under control, and that's a great thing for me

I saved myself from PMO today by dragging my fat ass to the gym instead

Why is it never enough to beat into my head the monster PMO has made me, both to myself as well as others?

Had a REALLY unhealthy dinner last night, and didn't cave into PMO. Junk food is an aphrodisiac to me. Baby steps
