Currently, I seem to be down to twice a week, which I'm proud of. My goal is to slowly starve it off

Even though I'm still MO'ing, I do notice that it's a lot more under control, and that's a great thing for me

I saved myself from PMO today by dragging my fat ass to the gym instead

I'm surprised with my progress so far. My challenge is to keep pushing until the thoughts overwhelm me, then M once. Cold turkey won't work

Last night was a tough one, but I made it through

I don't know what day I'm on right now and I don't want to know. I feel not knowing is beneficial to growing my streak

I'm already at the point where the mere thought of P gives me a disgusted feeling. I hope this feeling continues

Why is it never enough to beat into my head the monster PMO has made me, both to myself as well as others?

Had a REALLY unhealthy dinner last night, and didn't cave into PMO. Junk food is an aphrodisiac to me. Baby steps
