Felt some self-hate about this because I felt like I masturbated or something. I was having nightmares all night to accompany this.

It’s not my fault. This is natural. It happens. I don’t deserve to hate myself for this. I’m a great person.

Nocturnal emission usually stem from the mind..fanstasizing, not being 100% strict. Its good to try to minimize them. There were some deep posts on forum from one chinees guy here. Try to find em.

But I agree, dont bash yourself for it, u have good attitude towards that.

Feel a lot better after spending some time today cleaning my room and reorganizing stuff. It’s mot fun but it is so much better after you’ve done it.
