15 bloody days!!!!! Damn ,not many changes yet, but self love is in, thing is it's much more easier if u are busy, never let ur mind be idle

Day 8 :For the first time in over 10 months ,I go a full week without fapping, I can feel some will power back in my hands ,long way to go

Day 2 really struggling with urges ,almost messed up , but still in ,part of the process

Day 1 was okay, kept myself occupied ,spent time with family, onto the next

Hey bro, send me your skype information and we will get on a skype call this week. Zoom might be harder to do. Friday or saturday can work for me. I am on east coast time. So we may have to coordinate something.

Back after 4yrs I was last here, of course I failed, 22 now ,life is passing me by, taking a grip from this November,..

Day 22........nice ..I can see a month dancing in my yard already

Day 20.......I notice I have a lot of time to do different other things in my life

Day 18........these days I do sport every evening .....no more idle mindedness

Day 17.......soon going back to college .....am sure my grades are gonna shoot up....wooow really feel a clear head

Day 15....can't believe its now half a month

Day 13......my longest run in a while .....really happy to do this

Day 7-Day 12 ....fell really sick ....buh anyway that kept me off PMO ....so still on track

Day 6....went through fine..still on the right track

Day 5......I can feel the lower backache vanish....sure more better things are ahead.

Day 4 ....had lots of cravings ....thanks to the success stories I am still on the right track .

Day 3.......sport is blending in well as the new habit to replace FAP time...I see a good future ahead

Day 2 also as simple.....kept my mind on the soccer player of the year awards
