Hi. Thank you for your support. I joined about two weeks ago now. I am the spouse of a PMO addict; I got him to join, and I joined for some support...I've been so lonely and in pain over this whole thing. I posted my story in the partner support section. I am living with hope and love and that's all I've got; that's all we really need. All the best to you! Peace and love ✌️

Don't forget FAITH that you will make it through. When it seems like your hope is fading and you find it hard to love, FAITH is what makes you keep going even if you don't see the end... even when you don't feel like it.

Your partner must be very lucky to have someone who is willing to stick with them despite your pain and would go so far to support him.

Suggestion..donot go for porn triggering substitute like pic, video, till sleep of control is attained..no EDGING. tell him to transmute the urges by working out or meditation (it's helping me)..else forceful repression is bound to cause relapse.i relapse 45 times in past 2 yrs...at least he has someone to get support..from.and try to keepaway from oversexual social atmosphere..stay strong
