Haha, me too! Honestly, I don't find journaling all that helpful. Chronicling ever single urge I feel just seems to increase the urges. So I just generally post on everyone elses journals while ignoring my own.
Right?! I have a confidant that I confided in for about the first 30 or so days since starting all this (way back in Feb.) and it was WAY more difficult to deal with than it is now. Although I will say that I got a lot off my chest and was able to get used to expressing my feelings.
Yes, I think there is a tendency to focus too much on the problem and ignore the solution. It's good to unload all your feelings and tell your story, but after that I find its better to forget about it and move on, replacing PMO with something else. And also helping others to do the same.
