Don't be. Sit down and write out the qualities you wish to have and dreams you want to achieve. Keep them close and look at them often to give your self drive.

Remember how you felt the last time you relapsed and use it as you're motivation to push on.

See your fear as a friend. You know relapsing isn't worth it.
