Over the three months I hardly continued my journey. It's like once a week, not tooo frequent, but harmful for my originally weak physical condition. I lost the connection to NoFap once I went back to China, while now I can log on again. I feel confident once again now!

Well I'm glad you are back Enigmatic, love the new name! Once a week is not bad... consider how much of an improvement that is from when you started. The progression par should be working, but maybe it didn't survive the move to the new forums. I'm sorry, perhaps you will have to make a new one.
Thanks! The name comes from a name of a programming club I am in. I got improvements, but my body condition is declining. I feel it urgent to stop it as soon as possible. I am sorry for the progression bar too,but I think the new UI looks cool.
